At Coffee Addicts, we want you to love your home brewing setup as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused equipment or accessories within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
